Greetings, in the name of our Lord and Savior, Jesus Christ!
 
It is time to prepare for the October Conference  2019 of the Great 24th Episcopal
District of the Pentecostal Assemblies of the World, Inc. being held

October 17-19th, 2018, in Florence, SC.

The Conference  will be held at the Greater Zion
Tabernacle, 265 South Church, Florence, SC.

The South Carolina Community of Churches Music Ministry (SCCCMM) encourages your
church choir and praise team members to join us.To promote unity and
preparedness, there will be a SCCC Mass Choir and Praise & Worship Team
rehearsal on October , 2019 at 11AM – 1 PM at Greater Zion Tabernacle in
Florence, SC. Our goal is to have over 100 voices registered and representing
each church with the SCCC during each conference . I believe it is possible!
In the spirit of excellence, we pray and prepare for worship:
REHEARSAL: Musicians: 4:00 PM. Choir: 5:30 PM in main sanctuary Nightly.
*NOTE: Bring the following items to rehearsal: drinking water, a note pad or paper,
writing utensils and/or a voice recording device. These items are to assure a productive rehearsal.

ATTIRE:
Thursday Evening: Be beautiful in combinations of Fall colors.
Friday Evening: Be beautiful in combinations of black, white, and red.
*NOTE: We want to display God’s riches in modest apparel and accessories. Be mindful
of the fit of your garments. Please sisters, no pants, low cut or sleeveless tops, short skirts,
large earrings, or tight fitting clothing. Brothers, please do not wear earrings or tight fitting clothing.
